Yes, but I can't remember if the rooms in the east wing provide them.
Is the RV camping at any of the casinos?
I know for sure it's at the Rainbow Casino but parking is quite plentiful at all the casinos. You shouldn't run into problems. There's a KOA there too...

You go to the casino and earn comps by getting a players card and gaining points and comps by playing all the games. Also get on the mailing list for events and days that sometimes give you more than normal comp points. Good luck!
